Shipping Information

 After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Trunk and eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Courier within 1-2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at support@trunk.co.nz.

Delivery times should take 1-2 days for urban addresses and can take up to 4 days for rural deliveries, Get Salt Limited cannot control the delivery times, and during high traffic times of the year delivery times may differ. 

Trunk offer free courier delivery throughout New Zealand on all orders made through our online store, this includes to rural addresses but excludes Saturday Deliveries, for Saturday Deliveries you can enquire to support@trunk.co.nz or call us on 06 392 0090 for more information. We cannot guarantee the availability of Saturday delivery to all addresses so we would offer it strictly on a case by case basis.

At this time Trunk does not offer shipping and delivery to addresses outside of New Zealand, for overseas orders please get in touch to support@trunk.co.nz to see what we can do. Get Salt Limited does not promise the availability of overseas deliveries however.

We deliver a lot of our orders in plastic courier satchels, these satchels are recyclable and Get Salt Limited would like to encourage all customers to please recycle the plastic courier packaging, we have removed all the other plastic from our packaging for you ourselves.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at support@trunk.co.nz within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Get Salt Limited will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

For sale items purchased, Get Salt Limited will not refund or replace the item as it is purchased as a clearance item.

To get a Refund or Make an Exchange you can:

  • post the item to our online store Returns/Exchange address: Trunk Returns, Get Salt Limited, 253 Newbury Line, R.D.8 Palmerston North 4478, New Zealand.

You must present the receipt you received in the parcel and indicate the reason for the return or exchange.

Please note: all returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Trunk.
