PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Please note:

• All prices in the online store are displayed in New Zealand Dollars. For further information regarding overseas orders, please contact us.
• All prices in the online store include GST of 15%.
• We will bill your credit cards in New Zealand Dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you.

You can purchase items from our online store via credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Paypal and Direct bank transfer. We use eWay to process your credit card transactions, and do not handle your credit card information on our own site.

Your products won’t be shipped until the money has cleared into our bank accounts, Get Salt Limited is not accountable for any delays caused by the banking systems and transaction times. Direct Bank Transfer may take longer due to clearance times between banks.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at support@trunk.co.nz within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Get Salt Limited will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

For sale items purchased, Get Salt Limited will not refund or replace the item as it is purchased as a clearance item.

To get a Refund or Make an Exchange you can:

You must present the receipt you received in the parcel and indicate the reason for the return or exchange.

Please note: all returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Trunk.
